Hugel Inc. announced on August 25 that its clinical cosmetic brand 'Wellage' has undergone a brand renewal. Under the new slogan, "Clinically-infused skincare," the renewal aims to strengthen its identity as a clinical cosmetics brand.
Hugel Wellage plans to sequentially launch renewed products starting this month with the 'Real Hyaluronic Blue 100 Ampoule.' Since its release in 2020, the 'Real Hyaluronic Blue 100 Ampoule' has become a flagship bestseller, surpassing cumulative sales of 4.8 million units in five years. The overall visual elements, including the logo and product design, have also been updated to enhance readability and visually express the brand's clinical identity.
The renewed products feature Hugel's patented hyaluronic acid ingredient, Ultra-Low Molecular Hyal-Soo™, and CrossHA Network™, both developed using Hugel's proprietary technology. These innovations further improve moisturizing effects and hydration retention. Human application tests conducted by a specialized clinical institution demonstrated a fivefold increase in moisture density, hydration replenishment across 30 skin layers, and 100-hour moisturizing durability.
