Hana Financial Group announced that on August 19, it held the third 'Hana JOB Matching Festa 2025' at the Kimdaejung Convention Center in Seo-gu, Gwangju, aiming to expand job opportunities for middle-aged and older adults and to address workforce shortages faced by local businesses.
This event saw the participation of 58 companies from the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions, collectively recruiting 195 people for 77 different positions, including production management and social welfare roles. Among them, 15 companies offered on-the-spot interviews, providing job seekers with immediate hiring opportunities.
Reflecting the needs of middle-aged and older adults preparing for re-employment, the event featured practical skill-building programs such as personal color image consulting, free ID photo shoots, resume and interview coaching, and job consulting. Experience zones were set up to showcase the latest trends like 'data labeling' and 'one-person creator,' and a new mini-lecture series was introduced on topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), entrepreneurship, and multi-job careers, allowing participants to directly experience the changing employment landscape.
