Apply Now for "2026 Youth Job Leading Enterprises"
Applications Accepted Until September 15
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Ministry of Employment and Labor announced on the 19th that they have begun accepting applications for the selection of "2026 Youth Job Leading Enterprises."
The Youth Job Leading Enterprises program has been discovering and selecting outstanding companies desired by young people since 2016, with the aim of improving perceptions of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs and mid-sized companies) and providing high-quality job information. Since last year, the program has been expanded and reorganized through collaboration between the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, focusing on selecting companies that offer both youth-friendly working conditions and corporate competitiveness, while strengthening government support.
In particular, companies that fall under disqualifying conditions such as industrial accidents or wage arrears are strictly excluded, and only those companies that meet the basic job standards that should be guaranteed to young people are selected, enabling young people to confidently take their first steps into society.
This year, applications will be accepted until September 15. Eligible applicants include companies designated as priority support enterprises under the Employment Insurance Act or SMEs under the Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises. Applications can be submitted through the official Youth Job Leading Enterprises website. After document screening and on-site inspections, the results will be announced at the end of December. Selected companies will receive various benefits for three years, such as exemption from regular tax audits and additional points in the selection process for military service designation companies.
