The life design support program is structured around the five fundamental areas of life: health, family, leisure, finance, and retirement. It provides practical support tailored to each group member's stage of life.
The Phoenix Super Camp, a flagship family-friendly program, was designed to boost the confidence and learning motivation of employees' children and to foster stronger bonds between parents and children.
This year's Phoenix Super Camp was held at Dong-A Socio Group's Sangju Talent Development Center. Children in elementary school participated in a two-night, three-day program from August 7 to 9, while middle school students took part in a three-night, four-day program from August 13 to 16.
Under the slogan "Phoenix Super Camp: Leading Positive Life Changes Through Proactive and Active Participation," Dong-A Socio Group conducted the camp focusing on three main areas: character, learning methods, and life skills.
In the character area, the camp aimed to foster a sense of responsibility for one's choices and actions, as well as develop a positive attitude toward learning. In the learning methods area, students were guided in active learning techniques that encourage studying independently while having fun. In the life skills area, participants learned to respect their own choices over others' opinions and to express themselves clearly.
