Construction of 13 Rental Homes Begins,
Completion Set for February Next Year
On August 11, Geumsan County began construction on a project to build 13 rental homes for atopic dermatitis patients and their families who wish to relocate for treatment.
Through this project, the Atopy Natural Healing Village for patients and their families will be further expanded, aiming to become the nation’s top healing and therapeutic destination.
Additionally, the initiative is expected to help attract new residents to rural areas and contribute to revitalizing the region, including addressing the decline in the number of students.

The county has completed all administrative procedures and design processes and has launched the project with a budget of 6.7 billion won, aiming to finish construction by February next year.
An official from the county stated, "Through this project, we will ensure that the Atopy Natural Healing Village becomes a leading healing and therapeutic destination nationwide," adding, "We will proceed with construction as planned without any setbacks."
