Only members who have completed identity verification and either have a travel reservation in the area or are accessing the service locally can use it. The service can be used for a minimum of one hour per session and accommodates up to four people at a time.
Local Helpers were selected from among Koreans residing locally through document screening and interviews, based on criteria such as duration of residence, occupation, language proficiency, and previous guide experience.
MyRealTrip plans to add features such as shopping and delivery errands, accompaniment to hospitals and government offices, restaurant waiting, and luggage storage within the year. The company also aims to gradually expand the service to major global cities, including travel trend destinations such as Northern Europe, South America, India, and Egypt.
