Yangsan City Recruits Citizen Investigation Team for 'Barrier-Free Yangsan Project'
Yangsan City in Gyeongnam, together with the Yangsan City Welfare Foundation, is recruiting members for the citizen investigation team 'Jangppu (Jangbyeok Ppusyeo) Crew' as part of the ongoing 'Barrier-Free Yangsan Project'.
The 'Barrier-Free Yangsan Project' was launched with the aim of creating an environment where all citizens can live conveniently and safely. The project seeks to address the difficulties faced by socially disadvantaged groups, produce policies based on citizen participation, develop customized local policies tailored to demand, and establish collaborative models by connecting human resources.
Currently, 18 task force organizations are participating through public-private cooperation, and the project is operated by four teams: the Safe City and Disabled Team, Senior Team, Youth Team, and Women, Youth, and Children Team. Through the operation of the citizen investigation team, the plan is to select 100 people across four areas to promote a transformation into a city rooted in citizenship.
