Korea & Company Launches 'Better Together' Organizational Culture Campaign
Korea & Company Group announced on the 31st that it will officially launch its company-wide organizational culture campaign, "Better Together." Following the acquisition of Hanon Systems, the group is working to establish a relationship-oriented corporate culture to promote the chemical integration of its members.
This campaign, led by Chairman Cho Hyunbum, is a deepened and expanded version of the "Less for Better" campaign launched in 2016. It focuses on building connections and emotional solidarity among members, going beyond just improving physical efficiency in work processes.
Aiming to secure sustainable competitiveness for both individuals and the organization, the campaign seeks to establish a new organizational culture based on three pillars: horizontal communication, collaboration, and mutual trust. Programs targeting all employees are being implemented to drive real behavioral change.
Until mid-August, the group will operate the "Walking Together Project: Further and Higher Challenge" at the team level, and starting in September, department and team exchange programs will also begin. The group added that the distribution of teaser videos, posters, and on-site guide content has led to increased voluntary participation among members.

Over the past three years, the group has conducted organizational commitment surveys and interviews with employees, which identified "improving communication and collaboration" as the most pressing issue.
Currently, Korea & Company Group is running a variety of communication-focused projects, including not only Better Together, but also IAA (Insight Ai Agent), Junior Board, and Proactive Concert.
Oh Yoonjung, head of the Proactive Culture Team and in charge of the campaign's operations, stated, "Better Together is not just a slogan or a one-time event; it is a mid- to long-term innovation project centered on 'action,' as emphasized by Chairman Cho Hyunbum." She added, "By establishing an organically collaborative work culture based on solidarity, we will develop an organizational culture befitting a global high-tech group."
