Shintaein Station is one of the main gateways to Jeongeup, serving as a living area for approximately 10,000 residents of Shintaein-eup and neighboring areas such as Gamgok, Taein, Jeongu, and Ipyeong.
The city expects that this display board will effectively communicate information about Jeongeup's various tourist attractions and festivals, thereby attracting the interest and visits of more people.
In addition to tourist sites, the display board will also broadcast information on major local events, city administration news, and citizen safety updates. It is planned to serve as an information hub beneficial to both residents and visitors.
Mayor Lee Haksoo stated, "We will ensure that visitors to Jeongeup can instantly experience the city's appeal and that this contributes meaningfully to revitalizing the local economy and tourism." He added, "We will continue to expand various promotional infrastructures that can raise citizens' pride and further publicize Jeongeup."
