KB Securities to Hold "2025 Second Half Housing Market Outlook" Webinar
KB Securities announced on July 18 that it will hold a webinar titled "2025 Second Half Housing Market Outlook" at 4:00 p.m. on July 22.
This event is an extension of the "2025 KB Asset Management Live Seminar" series, which received a strong response in April for addressing key issues in the fields of taxation and real estate. The upcoming session will focus on the impact of changes in real estate policy following the launch of the new government, with an in-depth analysis of the housing market outlook and response strategies for the second half of 2025.
The seminar will be hosted by the Real Estate Research Center of the TAX Solution Division at KB Securities, and aims to provide valuable information to both investors and end-users interested in the housing market. The main topics will include: major issues and demand trends expected to influence the housing market in the second half of 2025; an interpretation of the government's real estate policy direction and specific details; and practical real estate investment strategies.
In addition, at the end of the seminar, there will be a real-time Q&A session, providing participants with an opportunity to receive direct explanations from experts on topics of interest.
Park Minbae, Head of Product Strategy Group at KB Securities, stated, "We planned this seminar to provide content that offers practical help for customers' asset management in response to the rapidly changing real estate market environment," adding, "We will continue to deliver timely insights and useful asset management information on a variety of topics going forward."
