Ambassador Arstanov explained, "We will form partnerships and cooperate with international investment and financial companies, as well as venture capital (VC) firms," and added, "From Korea, not only investment companies but also 18 companies in sectors such as insurance and construction are expected to participate, so there will be many investment opportunities."

Ambassador Arstanov emphasized, "Last year, Korea invested about 1.2 billion dollars in Kazakhstan," highlighting that "Korea is one of the top three investor countries in Kazakhstan, following the Netherlands and Russia, and is a very important industrial partner." In addition, Ambassador Arstanov noted the closeness between Kazakhstan and Korea, emphasizing that the two countries are neighbors with China in between. He also expressed appreciation for the newly inaugurated Korean administration led by President Lee Jaemyung, saying, "I am grateful that President Lee maintains good relations with neighboring countries and pursues balanced diplomacy," and noted that "this aligns with the diplomatic stance we aim to take."
