Brand Logo to Be Displayed on the Front of National Team Uniforms
Health & Life startup P-Lab announced on July 7 that it has signed an official sponsorship agreement with the Korea Badminton Association at the Western Life Hotel in Iksan, North Jeolla Province.
The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Dongmoon, President of the Korea Badminton Association; Jung Byungyeob, Director of the Advanced Radiation Research Institute at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI); Lee Sangyoon, CEO of P-Lab; as well as national badminton team head coach Park Joobong, coach Lee Kyungwon, and athletes An Seyoung, Seo Seungjae, and Kim Wonho, among other key figures.
The event began with welcoming remarks and congratulatory speeches from each representative, followed by the signing and stamping of the agreement, a ceremony for presenting national team t-shirts, and the delivery of sponsorship funds. Through this agreement, the Le P-Lab brand logo will be displayed on the center front of the national badminton team uniforms in the future. As an official sponsor of the Korea Badminton Association, P-Lab has committed to continuing its collaboration and support activities with the athletes.
The sponsored product, 'Le P-Lab Physical Calm Spray,' uses Meisin, a patented ingredient developed by the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, as its main component. Meisin is a natural flavonoid extracted from Centipede Grass and is known for its outstanding anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Notably, the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, which led the research, is a government-funded research institution with top-level research capabilities in various fields such as nuclear energy and bio-convergence technology. The development of Meisin is also the result of the institute's accumulated technological expertise and highly reliable research environment. The product applies an ingredient with scientific backing from a nationally accredited research institute to items used by national team athletes.
Le P-Lab Physical Calm Spray is formulated with Meisin as its main ingredient, along with a complex of six herbal extracts called 'Oriental Herb Bio,' designed to help promote recovery and maintain condition after exercise. It is expected to make a tangible contribution to maintaining athletes' condition and improving their performance.
Lee Sangyoon, CEO of P-Lab, said, "I am delighted to be able to support the Korean national badminton team, who boast world-class skills, with the best products that incorporate P-Lab's core technology." He added, "We will continue to listen to voices from the field of sports and grow as a 'Health & Life' brand based on sincerity and trust."
