Seocho-gu Offers 'Seocho Youth School' Special Lectures on Space Management, Housing Information, and Financial Strategies
Seocho-gu in Seoul will hold a three-part lecture series called 'Seocho Youth School' this month to help young people enjoy a practical and engaging summer break by providing information on space management, housing, and financial strategies. This 'Seocho Youth School' will take place throughout July at the 'Seocho Youth Center,' a comprehensive support space tailored for young people.
The first lecture, titled 'Space Reset Project,' will be held at 7 p.m. on July 8. It will be led by Lee Jiyeong, CEO of Saesaem Co., who is well known for her appearance on tvN's 'Shinbakhan Jeongni.' The session will help young people manage their own spaces and will introduce methods of space management that go beyond simple organization to include emotional well-being.
On July 24, the 'LH Public Housing Information Academy' will take place in collaboration with LH Housing Welfare Information Co. This session will provide practical information such as eligibility requirements for public rental housing and application practice, which is expected to be highly beneficial for young people concerned about housing.
The final lecture, focusing on financial strategies, will be held on July 29. Oh Dongseok (Alex), Executive Director of Shuka Friends Co., who operates two YouTube channels?'Shuka World' (3.5 million subscribers) and 'Shuka World Comics' (1.1 million subscribers)?will be the featured speaker.
The speaker, better known by his nickname 'Al Sangmu,' will draw on more than 15 years of professional experience at Yuanta Securities, Samsung Asset Management, and SK Securities to deliver a special lecture on financial strategies aimed at helping young people build their initial assets. Under the theme 'Essential Knowledge Before Investing,' he will discuss what constitutes successful investing, covering topics such as stocks and bonds.
