View original imageThe Gwangju Community Chest of Korea (Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae) announced on July 2, 2025, that Namgu Public Bright Childcare Center had donated about 400,000 won from their bazaar proceeds.
This donation was raised through a bazaar held under the theme of "Love Sharing Family Market Play." Children from the daycare center, their parents, and local residents participated in the event, practicing warm sharing. The proceeds will be used to support children from vulnerable families in the Gwangju area.
Kim Sumi, director of Namgu Public Bright Childcare Center, said, "I am proud that we were able to make a donation for children in need with the proceeds raised through the participation of our students and their parents." She added, "I hope the pure hearts of our children will be warmly delivered to neighbors who are marginalized."
