Mom's Touch Opens Second DT Store

Seasonal Limited Burgers and Sides Featuring Jeju Hallabong Released
Mom's Touch announced on June 27 that it has opened the 'Mom's Touch Oraedong DT branch,' its second drive-thru store and the first directly managed branch in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
The Jeju Oraedong DT branch, which follows the Anyang Seoksu Station DT branch opened in October last year as Mom's Touch's second drive-thru (DT) store, is located on the main road leading to the center of New Jeju. This area has a high volume of vehicle traffic, and with nearby industrial complexes and large apartment complexes, the commercial district attracts a diverse range of consumers including local residents, commuting workers, and tourists.
The Oraedong DT branch, equipped with a total of 82 seats and 24 parking spaces, features the theme 'COLOR From JEJU.' The store incorporates a variety of colors inspired by Jeju's natural environment, blended with Mom's Touch's signature yellow.
To quickly serve a variety of products, including new menu items, the kitchen operation structure has been designed to suit the DT environment. A dedicated conveyor system has been introduced to minimize customer wait times and increase turnover. This allows for the efficient preparation of popular Mom's Touch menu items such as the Thigh Burger, Edward Lee Beef Burger, and Hot Cheese Big Thigh Boneless, as well as optimized pizza slices?refined through operations at the previous Seoksu Station DT branch. As a result, DT customers can receive their orders within 2 minutes, and dine-in customers within 5 minutes, thanks to optimized productivity and workflow.
To celebrate the opening of the Oraedong DT branch, Mom's Touch has also launched limited-edition seasonal menu items with a unique Jeju flair. The 'Hallabong Thigh Burger' features the signature Thigh Burger enhanced with Hallabong sauce. The 'Hallabong Tteokgangjeong' combines the spicy-sweet flavors of tteokgangjeong with the citrus aroma and sweetness of Hallabong, while the 'Hallabong Dip Sauce' is designed to pair with various side dishes such as Cajun Seasoned Fries and Crispy Cream Cheese Balls to enhance their flavors. These three limited-time menu items, made with Jeju-grown Hallabong, will be available at 14 directly managed stores nationwide starting June 27, and will also be sold at select franchise stores in Jeju from early July. The slush beverage 'Jeju Halla & Mango Spacool,' which was launched at directly managed and select franchise stores in May, will also be available at the Oraedong DT branch.
