The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation will conduct a total of 15 special lectures aimed at strengthening employment capabilities for 1,800 participants in the 'Gyeonggi Women’s Employment Support Fund' program.
The Gyeonggi Women’s Employment Support Fund is a project that provides local currency support of 400,000 won per month for three months, totaling 1.2 million won, to unemployed women aged 35 to 59 residing in Gyeonggi-do.
The program was designed to encourage job-seeking activities and support economic independence. This year, a total of 4,448 women applied, and 1,800 were ultimately selected.
The special lectures will be held as real-time online sessions using the ZOOM platform, and will focus on practical topics to help female job seekers enhance their actual employment capabilities.
Key lecture topics include: understanding the employment mindset and the latest job trends; interview image strategies that inspire trust; stress management and mental recovery; how to write application documents (including resumes, self-introductions, and the use of AI tools); speech skills for job interviews; self-exploration and discovering personal strengths; and practical strategies for responding to interviews.
Additionally, for participants preparing to start a business, there will be lectures to strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities, such as strategies for discovering business items, how to write business plans, and ways to utilize government startup support programs.
