Uljugun in Ulsan to Hold Boundary-Setting Consultations for Cadastral Resurvey Project Covering 834 Parcels
Uljugun in Ulsan will conduct boundary-setting consultations for landowners at village halls within the project district as part of the 2025 cadastral resurvey project, from June 30 to August 8, 2025.
According to Uljugun on June 12, this boundary consultation aims to resolve discrepancies between the registered information in cadastral records and the actual land status, and to establish clear boundaries. It is a national project designed to ensure systematic land management and to protect citizens' property rights.
The consultations will be jointly conducted by the Civil Affairs and Cadastral Division of Uljugun and the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation (LX Corporation). High-resolution drone imagery will be used to visually explain boundary accuracy by overlaying the latest survey results onto existing cadastral maps.
The consultation will cover a total of 834 parcels, amounting to 309,663 square meters, across four districts: 271 parcels (91,978 square meters) in Bansong 1 District, Eonyang-eup; 202 parcels (79,562 square meters) in Sangcheon 1 District, Samnam-eup; 167 parcels (29,545 square meters) in Sangcheon 2 District, Samnam-eup; and 194 parcels (108,578 square meters) in Gilcheon 1 District, Sangbuk-myeon.
Uljugun has notified the relevant landowners of the consultation schedule individually by mail. If landowners are unable to attend during the consultation period, separate consultations can be arranged through the Spatial Information Team of the Civil Affairs and Cadastral Division at Uljugun Office.
