Ansan eSports Academy Talent Development Program Accepting Applications Until June 22
Eight-Week Program Offers Hands-On Experience in Planning, Marketing, and Broadcast Production
The city of Ansan in Gyeonggi Province is accepting applications for the first cohort of the '2025 Ansan eSports Academy Talent Development Program' for young people until June 22.
This program is designed to allow participants to experience various roles within the eSports industry and to provide practical support for career exploration. Professional eSports teams Nongshim RedForce and BNK FearX will participate, offering hands-on programs where current industry experts will share their real-world experiences.
Participants will learn about the overall eSports industry and tournament operations through theoretical lessons, and will also gain practical experience in areas such as tournament planning, marketing, and broadcast production.
The program will run for eight weeks, from June 28 to August 16. A total of 40 participants will be selected. Applications are open to youth and young adults aged 16 to 39, including current high school students. The city will give priority to 30 local residents and students.
Applications can be submitted online via Google Forms, and further details are available through the QR code on the recruitment poster.
