Trump to Restrict Visas for Foreign Students Seeking to Study at Harvard
U.S. President Donald Trump has announced a plan to restrict the issuance of visas to foreigners seeking to enter the United States to study at Harvard University or to participate in exchange programs.
On June 4 (local time), President Trump stated in a proclamation that "it is necessary to restrict the entry of foreigners whose sole or primary purpose for entering the United States is to participate in academic programs conducted by Harvard University or in exchange visitor programs hosted by Harvard University."
