This festival consists of five core themed contents: "Let's Stay GO!", "Let's Enjoy GO!", "Let's Ride GO!", "Let's Taste GO!", and "Let's Shop GO!". These themes aim to provide a variety of stay-type tourism experiences, covering everything from accommodations and activities to transportation, local food, and souvenirs for visitors.
"Let's Stay GO!" focuses on discount promotions to encourage both general tourists and sports fans to stay overnight. "Let's Enjoy GO!" offers half-price discounts on admission to Daejeon's paid cultural and tourist attractions, such as O-World free pass and Expo Aquarium tickets, as well as nighttime tours at Hanbit Tower in Expo Science Park.
"Let's Ride GO!" provides unique public transportation tourism experiences, including themed tourist trains departing from the Seoul metropolitan area, Gyeongsang region, and Jeolla region (such as Gugak Wine and Paldo Market trains), the Kkumdori double-decker bus "D-Universe" operating on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the "Dream Hot Air Balloon Night" experience in the city center, the "Delight Moon Boat" on the water, and the "Bbangsi Tour" city tour during the Daejeon 0 o'clock Festival.
"Let's Taste GO!" introduces local specialty foods featuring character branding, while "Let's Shop GO!" centers on Kkumssi Family merchandise sold at locations such as the third floor of Daejeon Station, Daejeon Travel Lounge, and the Fun City Promotion Hall.
Lee Jangwoo, Mayor of Daejeon, said, "The Kkumssi Family is a unique tourism asset that reflects the identity and charm of Daejeon, and it will serve as a key driver for revitalizing the local tourism industry and enhancing the Daejeon brand."
