Sono Hotel & Resort to Open 'Sol Beach Namhae' on July 5
Sono Hotel & Resort announced that it will hold the grand opening of its new premium resort, Sol Beach Namhae, in Namhae, South Gyeongsang Province, on July 5, 2025.
Sol Beach Namhae is a resort that combines the pristine natural environment of Namhae with Mediterranean-style architecture, perched atop a cliff overlooking the Namhae Sea. The Mediterranean-style buildings, arranged in tiers above terraced rice paddies shaped over many years, the sparkling blue sea under the sun, and the small islands stretching out in the distance all create an exotic atmosphere.
According to Sono, the resort's most notable feature is its colorful infinity pool, which evokes the feel of a Mediterranean vacation destination. The company also added that the "Ice Beach" outdoor skating rink, the first of its kind at a domestic resort, will be open year-round.
At the bistro "Gemi," situated on the terraced rice paddies between cliffs and hills, guests can enjoy a variety of snacks and drinks while taking in views of the emerald sea and the crimson Namhae sunset.
Sol Beach Namhae is comprised of both hotel and villa accommodations, allowing guests to choose according to their travel style and group size. The hotel offers six types of rooms, ranging from Superior (for two guests) to Presidential Suite (for six or more guests). The villas come in four types?Mare, Sole, Stella, and Luna?each boasting its own unique theme and interior design. In particular, all villas are designed as detached units, making them an optimal choice for guests seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay.
