Superintendent Lim Taehee Announces Establishment of One-Stop Response System for Teachers' Legal Disputes
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is establishing a 'one-stop response system' to address legal disputes arising from teachers' legitimate educational activities and duties.
On May 30, the office announced that, in cooperation with the Gyeonggi School Safety Mutual Aid Association, it will unify all support systems for teachers?from initial consultation to litigation support?through the 'Ansim Call TAC (1600-8787)' service, providing prompt and professional legal response services.
To this end, the office has revised the 'Teacher Protection Mutual Aid Terms and Conditions' of the teacher protection mutual aid project operated by the Gyeonggi School Safety Mutual Aid Association. Under the direction of the Legal Affairs Officer at the main office, the office has coordinated with relevant departments and plans to implement the 'one-stop response system' starting in August, following interdepartmental consultation and adjustment of responsibilities.
As a result, if a legal dispute arises?such as infringement of educational activities or reports of child abuse?teachers who request support through 'Ansim Call TAC' will be immediately separated from the incident site and provided with legal consultation and systematic assistance.
