BPA Promotes 'Busan Port' at Indonesia Maritime Week
Busan Port Authority (BPA, President Song Sangkeun) actively promoted the digital logistics system of Busan Port at the first 'Indonesia Maritime Week 2025' held in Jakarta, Indonesia, from May 27 to 28, 2025.

View original imageApproximately 600 participants attended the event, which was hosted by the Indonesian government for the first time this year. Attendees included port authorities from 10 ASEAN countries, the Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), and global terminal operators.
Invited by Pelindo, Indonesia's state-owned port corporation, the BPA Southeast Asia Representative Office introduced Busan Port's digital transformation strategies. These included the blockchain-based platform ChainPortal, digital twin technology, autonomous driving, and plans for realizing a green port.
