Gwangju Christian Hospital Holds External Representatives Meeting for Regional Responsible Medical Institutions
Gwangju Christian Hospital announced on May 30 that it recently held the first meeting of the 2024 External Representatives Council for Responsible Medical Institutions.
The meeting was attended by external representative members, who are core partners in the responsible medical institution project. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the smooth implementation of essential healthcare cooperation projects and to strengthen the collaboration system among related organizations.
During the meeting, participants shared the achievements of the 2024 responsible medical institution project, provided guidance on the direction for the 2025 project, and discussed ways to enhance cooperation between institutions. There were also in-depth discussions on practical community-based cooperation models, such as the primary care and care cooperation project and the discharge patient linkage project.
Hong Geonyoung, Director of Planning at the Public Healthcare Headquarters of Gwangju Christian Hospital, stated, "Organic connection and cooperation among local healthcare institutions are the core roles of responsible medical institutions," adding, "Gwangju Christian Hospital will take the lead in establishing an effective cooperation system."
