Asan City Opens Access Road to Dunpo Middle School... Secures Safe Route for Students
Constructed at a Cost of 6 Billion Won
322 Meters Long and 15 Meters Wide
The city of Asan in South Chungcheong Province announced on May 28 that it has opened the access road (Jungno 2-32) to Dunpo Middle School.
This road construction project was carried out to provide a safe route for students commuting to school, to secure an access route for fire trucks, and to alleviate the inconvenience faced by local residents when traveling.
The construction began last year with a total project cost of 6 billion won and took approximately one year and four months to complete. The road measures 322 meters in length and 15 meters in width.
At the opening ceremony held the previous day, Mayor Oh Sehyun stated, "This road will provide transportation convenience for Dunpo Middle School students and local residents," and added, "I hope it will serve as a catalyst for the Dunpo Central Park urban development project."
