Police Issue Public Wanted Notice for '57-Year-Old Cha Cheolnam,' Suspect in Siheung Stabbing Incident
On May 19, police issued a public wanted notice for Cha Cheolnam, a 57-year-old Chinese national, as a suspect in the Siheung stabbing incident.
Cha Cheolnam is accused of killing two people at his home in Jeongwang-dong, Siheung, and stabbing and injuring two others, including a convenience store owner and the building owner, with a weapon.
Cha Cheolnam is approximately 170 centimeters tall, has an average build, and is bald with a short hairstyle. He was last seen wearing a black jumper and white sneakers.
Cha Cheolnam reportedly fled the scene on a bicycle. The police plan to offer a reward to anyone who provides decisive information. The identity of informants will be kept confidential.
