Lee Pilsoo, Director of Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center, Joins "Relay Campaign to Raise Awareness of Population Issues"
Lee Pilsoo, Director of Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center, participated in the "Relay Campaign to Raise Awareness of Population Issues" on May 15.
Director Lee joined the campaign after being nominated by Kwak Jiyeon, President of the Korea Licensed Practical Nurses Association. For the next participants, he nominated Kang Yongsoo, President of the Korea Emergency Medical Technicians Association, and Baek Seolkyung, President of the Korea Health Information Managers Association.
This campaign, which has been ongoing since October last year and is organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Human Resource Development Institute for Health and Welfare, is designed to widely publicize the seriousness of demographic changes caused by low birth rates and an aging population, as well as the importance of addressing these issues.

However, just as a crisis implies both danger and opportunity, raising awareness so that everyone can come together to solve population issues is the first step toward opportunity. Going forward, Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center will continue to do its best, together with Gyeonggi Province, to support work-life balance for employees and to address population issues as a public medical institution."
