iM Securities Holds Employee Idea Contest for Financial Consumer Protection Day
Idea Contest to Enhance Financial Accessibility for Vulnerable Groups
Provision of Product Sales Guide Handbook
iM Securities announced on May 14 that it will observe "Financial Consumer Protection Day" on the second Wednesday of May.
Financial Consumer Protection Day is an internal control initiative held on the second Wednesday of every month since March, aimed at raising awareness among iM Securities employees about the importance of consumer protection and fostering a corporate culture of putting this into practice.
On this day, activities include the "Financial Consumer Protection Commitment Pledge," which embodies the sense of responsibility and commitment of employees; an idea contest for employees to develop ways to improve financial accessibility for vulnerable groups; and a focused campaign to promote "improved financial convenience for people with disabilities" within the financial investment sector. In addition, a core guide handbook for wrap/trust product operations will be created to provide a practical procedure kit that ensures compliance with the complete sales process of financial products in retail operations.
Furthermore, employees will enhance their ability to respond to consumer protection issues that may arise during customer service by learning knowledge related to financial consumer protection through quizzes.
