Gyeonggi Social Economy Center Selected for Government "Work-Life Balance Campaign"
The Gyeonggi Social Economy Center has been selected as a participating company in the "Work-Life Balance Campaign" organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The Work-Life Balance Campaign is designed to help employees maintain a balance between work and personal life while allowing them to fully demonstrate their abilities.
Companies participating in the campaign are required to fulfill three key action items: not working long hours, working smart, and taking proper rest.
The Gyeonggi Social Economy Center plans to create a flexible and efficient work environment by designating the hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. as core working hours, operating a flexible start time system, fostering a culture of leaving work on time, promoting virtual meetings, and introducing the 0.5 & 0.75 job system.
