Eduwill announced on May 2 that it has established a new in-house award system called the 'Washimpesang' to foster a corporate culture that values communication and harmony among employees.
The 'Washimpesang' takes its name from the initials of Eduwill's core work principles: 'Wow', 'Simple', and 'Fast'.

Recipients are selected through employee nominations.
At the first award ceremony held last month, a total of 17 employees were honored. In addition, the 'Gidaeisang' was presented separately to outstanding interns as a form of special encouragement.
