The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on April 29 that it had published "2025 Private Kindergarten Teacher Personnel Practice" and distributed it to private kindergartens and education support offices in the province.
This publication is a practical manual that standardizes and systematizes personnel-related tasks for private kindergartens in order to provide systematic support for their personnel management. It is designed so that kindergarten and education support office staff can more easily understand and handle personnel affairs on site.

Kim Byeongnam, Director of the Department of Early Childhood and Elementary Education, stated, "We hope this publication will reduce the personnel management burden on private kindergartens and improve administrative efficiency. If there are any changes in laws or systems in the future, we plan to publish revised editions to continue supporting the field."
