According to the Yeongdeungpo Fire Station on the 11th, a report was received at 2:51 PM stating that "two utility poles fell near a construction site on Yeongdeungpo-ro in Yeongdeungpo-gu."
The accident is believed to have occurred when a piling post that fell at the construction site struck the power lines, causing the utility poles to collapse.
