Two utility poles fell at a construction site in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, causing a power outage in the area.

According to the Yeongdeungpo Fire Station on the 11th, a report was received at 2:51 PM stating that "two utility poles fell near a construction site on Yeongdeungpo-ro in Yeongdeungpo-gu."

The accident is believed to have occurred when a piling post that fell at the construction site struck the power lines, causing the utility poles to collapse.

There have been no confirmed casualties so far, and Korea Electric Power Corporation is currently carrying out repair work.
