Samzzumzzum Surpasses 23 Million Subscribers Five Years After Launch
Cumulative Refund Claims Reach 1.67 Trillion KRW
Javis & Villains, the operator of the tax refund service SamzzumSam, announced on the 10th that it has surpassed 23 million cumulative subscribers and a total refund amount of 1.67 trillion KRW.
Launched in May 2020, SamzzumSam has grown into a service with 20 million subscribers as of March last year by introducing the concept of 'tax refunds'?which many taxpayers such as freelancers, small business owners, and part-time workers were previously unaware of.
In particular, the cumulative refund amount increased by about 700 billion KRW in just one year, soaring to 1.67 trillion KRW as of last month. The total number of refund claims filed is 12.19 million.
