Fubon Hyundai Life Introduces 'Insurance Pre-Approval System'... "Join in One Day"
Guidance on Eligibility and Required Documents Provided During the Planning Stage
Fubon Hyundai Life has introduced the 'Insurance Subscription Pre-Review System (EUS)' to shorten the insurance application period.
According to Fubon Hyundai Life on the 27th, EUS enhances customer convenience by enabling the confirmation of eligibility and guidance on required documents from the insurance subscription planning stage, thereby reducing the time needed for insurance subscription.
Previously, insurance subscription reviews were conducted after the customer paid the initial premium. It took a long time from the insurance subscription planning to completion. Additional requirements were added based on the review results, and in cases where insurance contracts were returned, customer inconvenience occurred, leading to frequent customer complaints.
If the system determines that insurance subscription is possible, an automatic review is conducted the day after the initial premium payment, and the insurance contract is established. If the product selected by the customer is not available through the system, alternative products are promptly suggested, allowing the customer to choose another product.
