Korea Federation of SMEs Provides 500 Million Won Support to Communities Affected by Wildfires
Kim Ki-moon: "Doing Our Best to Help Victims Return to Daily Life"
The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Kbiz) and the Small and Medium Business Love Sharing Foundation announced on the 25th that they will provide 500 million KRW in donations to help wildfire victims and local communities.
This donation was raised through contributions from small and medium business owners who participated collectively last year to support underprivileged groups. Bedding and daily necessities worth 200 million KRW will be delivered to evacuation shelters for victims in Sancheong, Gyeongnam, and Uiseong, Gyeongbuk, and later, household appliances, furniture, and clothing worth 300 million KRW will be provided in line with the victims' return.
