Paldo and Dongseo Resume Deliveries to Homeplus Today
Deliveries Had Been Suspended Since Homeplus Entered Court Receivership on the 6th
Food companies that had stopped supplying Homeplus, which has entered corporate rehabilitation procedures, have decided to resume deliveries one after another.
Paldo announced on the 11th, "We will resume supplying Homeplus starting today." A company representative said, "The volume is not large," adding, "The supply of products may vary depending on the agreement between the two companies."
Earlier, late in the afternoon the previous day, Dongseo Food also expressed its intention to resume supplying Homeplus. A Dongseo Food representative said, "We have completed negotiations with Homeplus and decided to resume deliveries," adding, "We will resume deliveries starting with orders placed on the 11th."
Previously, Dongseo Food and Paldo had stopped supplying Homeplus on the 6th. Lotte Chilsung Beverage is continuing negotiations with Homeplus to normalize deliveries. Among major food companies, Ottogi, Lotte Wellfood, and Samyang Foods have also sequentially resumed supplying Homeplus since the 7th.

Homeplus stated in a press release the day before, "We will prioritize payments for small business owners, micro-enterprises, and labor-related claims, and also plan to make installment payments for large corporate claims," adding, "By the 14th, we will establish a detailed payment plan and communicate it to each partner company, and plan to engage in detailed communication."
