Galaxy S25 Ultra Scores 87 Points in Consumer Reports Evaluation
Ranks First for Second Consecutive Year After Galaxy S24 Ultra
Also Selected as No. 1 in Seven European Countries Including the UK and Denmark
Samsung Electronics announced on the 11th that the Galaxy S25 Ultra ranked first in the latest March smartphone evaluation by the U.S. consumer magazine 'Consumer Reports.'
With this, the Galaxy S Ultra model has secured the top spot in the Consumer Reports smartphone evaluation for two consecutive years, following the Galaxy S24 Ultra released last year.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra scored a total of 87 points, tying for first place with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The Galaxy S25 Plus scored 86 points, sharing third place with the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra received the highest score of 5 points in five of the ten evaluation categories by Consumer Reports, including performance, rear camera image quality, display, durability, and ease of use.
Consumer Reports stated about the Galaxy S25 Ultra, "It has the best-performing camera system among the smartphones tested," and added, "The Galaxy S25 Ultra is suitable for those looking for a premium Android smartphone with a top-tier camera and a large display."
Consumer Reports is the largest monthly consumer goods magazine published by the U.S. Consumer Federation, providing consumers with comparisons of performance and prices by brand for almost all consumer goods every month.

View original imageAdditionally, following its first-place ranking in smartphone evaluations in five European countries (Italy, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden), the Galaxy S25 Ultra was also selected as the best smartphone by consumer magazines in the UK and Denmark.
In the UK Consumer Federation magazine 'Which' smartphone review, the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Plus both scored 85 points, tying for first place. The Galaxy S23 Ultra scored 84 points, ranking third, and the Galaxy S24 Ultra scored 83 points, sharing fourth place with three iPhone models (14 Pro Max, 15 Pro Max, 16 Pro Max).
In the Danish Consumer Federation magazine 'Taenk' smartphone evaluation ranking, the Galaxy S25 Ultra received a total score of 84 points, securing first place. Tied for second place with 82 points were the Galaxy S25 Plus, Galaxy S24 Ultra, and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
The UK Consumer Federation magazine Which described the Galaxy S25 Ultra as "a smartphone boasting a large size and powerful performance," and stated, "It offers the latest Galaxy artificial intelligence (AI) features, and since all functions are excellent, it is selected as the 'Best Buy' product most recommended."

The Danish Consumer Federation magazine Taenk also explained, "The Galaxy S25 Ultra expands Galaxy AI features based on One UI 7," and added, "Equipped with a powerful application processor (AP) chipset, it achieved very good results in all performance tests."
