Future Hightech Secures Additional 5.4 Billion KRW Order for HBM3e Inspection Equipment
Suseong Webtoon announced on the 27th that its subsidiary Future Hightech has secured an order worth 5.38 billion KRW for high-bandwidth memory (HBM3e) inspection equipment.
Future Hightech's cumulative order backlog for this year reached 14.48 billion KRW, once again proving its technological capabilities and growth potential in the HBM market.
The additional order came amid a rapid growth in the artificial intelligence (AI) semiconductor market and increasing demand for HBM. This demonstrates that Future Hightech's HBM3e inspection equipment is recognized for its strong competitiveness in the market.
Based on over 20 years of expertise in semiconductor inspection equipment, Future Hightech successfully developed HBM inspection equipment. It continues to grow through collaboration with major domestic semiconductor companies. The HBM3e equipment is regarded as an essential core device in the high-performance computing (HPC) and AI semiconductor markets. Future Hightech is expected to further solidify its position in the HBM equipment market.
