Silla University Selected for Ministry of Employment and Labor's 'Graduate Specialized Program'
Shilla University (President Heo Nam-sik) University Job Plus Center has been selected for the Ministry of Employment and Labor's '2025 Graduate Specialized Program Project.'
Selected for the '2025 Graduate Specialized Program Project,' Shilla University will be able to provide continuous and comprehensive customized employment support services to young job seekers who are unemployed within two years after graduation through this project.
The center plans to operate various programs that offer continuous career development and practical employment support even after graduation, including ▲ one-on-one employment consulting ▲ intensive employment support program operation ▲ self-directed employment support services through mentoring by current professionals.
Through Shilla University University Job Plus Center's graduate specialized program, graduates can analyze their job preferences and set individual career directions through job readiness and job preference tests, and participate in various extracurricular programs and career and employment-related activities. In particular, employment support will be strengthened and practical experience gained by linking with the National Employment Support System and Future Tomorrow Work Experience.
