Suwon-si Publishes Carbon Neutral Dietary Practice Guidelines
The city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province will publish the ‘2025 Dietary Lifestyle Information Bulletin’ to raise awareness about the importance of carbon-neutral eating habits and to introduce eco-friendly ingredient choices and cooking methods.
On the 21st, Suwon City announced that it will produce and distribute the Dietary Lifestyle Information Bulletin, an environmentally friendly dietary guideline that provides citizens with sustainable dietary information, helping to reduce energy consumption and minimize environmental impact.
The Dietary Lifestyle Information Bulletin will include content such as ▲stories about traditional food culture ▲seasonal solar terms and customs ▲recipes (cooking methods) for practicing carbon neutrality.
