Girl group BLACKPINK's Jisoo and singer-actor Seo In-guk will star together in the Netflix series 'Monthly Boyfriend.' On the 20th, Netflix announced that Jisoo will play Seo Mi-rae, a webtoon PD tired of social life, and Seo In-guk will portray Park Kyung-nam, a workplace rival.
'Monthly Boyfriend' is a romantic comedy series that uses the concept of a subscription-based virtual dating simulation. It depicts the story of Seo Mi-rae, who finds dating bothersome due to being overwhelmed by work in real life, as she develops romances with perfect men in virtual reality.
