Hankyung Business International Management Institute Launches 'Data-Driven Organizational Culture Expert Course'
The Korea Economic Association International Business Institute (hereinafter referred to as KEA International Business Institute) is launching the ‘Data-Driven Organizational Culture Expert Course’ to help effectively diagnose and improve organizational culture within companies.
According to KEA International Business Institute on the 16th, this course focuses on cultivating practical skills to analyze and improve organizational culture based on data. In particular, it offers hands-on practice applying no-code data analysis techniques to ensure even non-experts can easily utilize them.
Through this, participants can strengthen their data analysis and problem-solving capabilities at the organizational culture level, and it is expected to provide practical assistance to corporate organizational culture managers and HR planning department employees.
The main training content includes ▲ basic principles of organizational culture diagnosis and use of diagnostic tools ▲ application methods of qualitative research tools ▲ organizational culture data analysis and utilization practice ▲ organizational culture diagnosis modeling practice.
