Two directors from the 'brother faction' of Hanmi Science have abruptly resigned. The board of directors of Hanmi Pharm Group, which is engaged in a management rights dispute, has shifted in favor of Song Young-sook, chairwoman of Hanmi Pharm Group's '4-person alliance.'
Hanmi Science announced on the 11th that outside director Sabong-gwan voluntarily resigned on the 10th due to personal reasons. It is also reported that Kwon Kyu-chan, a non-executive director, resigned, reducing the number of registered directors from 10 to 8.

The two resigned directors are understood to be affiliated with the brother faction. As a result, the previous board structure, which was balanced at 5 members of the '4-person alliance' versus 5 members of the brother faction, has been reorganized to 5 versus 3.
