Toray Advanced Materials to Supply 'Wastewater Reuse' Technology to Korea Water Resources Corporation
Signing of MOU for Research on Sewage and Wastewater Reuse
"Residuals Discharged as Solids... Clean Water Recycled"
Toray Advanced Materials and researchers from Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-water) have joined forces for an eco-friendly project to purify and reuse sewage and wastewater.
On the 11th, the two companies announced that they signed a Memorandum of Understanding to Promote the Sewage and Wastewater Reuse Industry and Research Sector. Through this agreement, the two companies will collaborate on joint research covering all aspects of sewage and wastewater reuse technology. Upon completing joint research for standardization, Toray Advanced Materials will supply its products for the entire 'filtration' process required in the reuse procedure. This includes technologies for concentrating brine to the extreme and elemental technologies for recovering useful resources.
