Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association Announces Open Recruitment for MC Capital CEO Candidates

Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association announced on the 2nd through its homepage that it is recruiting candidates for the CEO position of 'M Capital,' which is currently undergoing acquisition procedures.
The eligibility criteria require candidates to meet Article 5 of the 'Financial Company Governance Act' and have more than 10 years of full-time work experience at a credit union, central association, Bank of Korea, or an institution subject to inspection under Article 38 of the 'Financial Services Commission Establishment Act,' or to have more than 10 years of full-time work experience as a public official or full-time employee at a financial-related national institution, research institute, or educational institution.
Applications can be submitted in person at the Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association headquarters from the 17th to the 18th. After the application period ends, the committee will conduct document screening and interviews to recommend the final candidate to the M Capital shareholders' meeting. The CEO will be officially appointed through resolutions at the M Capital shareholders' meeting (director appointment) and the board of directors (CEO appointment).
