KS Industry Decides on 10 Billion KRW Third-Party Allotment Capital Increase
KS Industry announced on the 3rd through a disclosure that it has decided on a third-party allotment capital increase worth 10 billion KRW.
New shares of 5,162,622 common stocks will be issued at 1,937 KRW per share, and the third-party allotment recipient is L&M System Co., Ltd. (5,162,622 shares).
Earlier, KS Industry also changed its largest shareholder from Ax Solution to VT through a third-party allotment capital increase worth 6 billion KRW in January.
