View original imageAccording to the Korea Meteorological Administration, rain will fall on the east coast of Gyeongbuk, Busan, Ulsan, and Jeju Island until dawn, and from late dawn to morning, there will be rain or snow in some areas of the northern east coast of Gangwon. Expected precipitation amounts are around 1mm on the northern east coast of Gangwon, around or less than 5mm on the east coast of Gyeongbuk, Busan, Ulsan, Jeju Island, and Ulleungdo and Dokdo. Snow of 1 to 5 cm is forecasted in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island.
The morning low temperature is expected to be between -6 and 4 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 5 and 12 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' nationwide. However, Chungcheong region is forecasted to have temporarily 'Bad' levels in the morning, and Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, and Chungnam are expected to have temporarily 'Bad' levels at night.
Dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters is expected in many inland areas nationwide, the west coast of Chungnam, and the west coast of Jeolla, and other areas may experience fog with visibility less than 1 km. With a high wind warning issued for the southern part of the southern West Sea and the southern sea near Jeju Island, winds will blow very strongly at speeds of 30 to 70 km/h, and waves will be very high.

Sea waves will be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea nearshore. Offshore waves (offshore within about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
