Yeoncheon-gun Expands Subsidy Support for Apartment Complex Management... Applications Accepted Until February 14
Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi Province announced on the 23rd that it will significantly expand the support ratio and amount through the apartment management subsidy support project. This project aims to reduce the economic burden on residents and improve the living environment by supporting the maintenance and repair of common areas and welfare facilities in aging apartment complexes.
The support ratio has increased from the previous 50-70% to a maximum of 50-80%, depending on the number of households. The support amount has also been raised from the previous 7 million to 50 million KRW to 10 million to 55 million KRW.
Apartment complexes that have been completed for more than 30 years will receive an additional 50% of the maximum support limit through a review process.
The application period for the subsidy support project is until February 14, and applications can be submitted through the apartment representative meetings.

A Yeoncheon-gun official stated, “This year, the support ratio and amount have increased significantly, so we expect more apartment complexes to benefit. We will do our best to improve residents' housing welfare and create a safe living environment.”
