As fine dust continues to be severe for the third day, most regions nationwide will be mostly clear on Thursday, the 23rd, with high fine dust concentrations until the morning.

View original imageTomorrow's fine dust levels are expected to be 'Bad' in Seoul, southern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, Chungcheong, Honam, and Yeongnam areas, while other regions will be 'Moderate.'
From the afternoon, air flow will improve in most areas except some central-western regions, leading to lower concentrations.
Tomorrow, clouds will be frequent nationwide at times, becoming gradually clear from the afternoon, while Jeju Island will remain mostly cloudy.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -7 and 4 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 5 and 14 degrees Celsius. In Seoul, the morning low will be -2 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high 7 degrees Celsius. Busan, Ulsan, and Jeju will see daytime highs rising up to 13 degrees Celsius.
Dense fog will form in the inland central regions until the morning, with icy roads and black ice appearing in some places.
Dense fog with visibility below 200 meters is expected until the morning mainly in southern Gyeonggi, southern inland Gangwon, southern inland Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, and inland Jeonnam.
Other areas may also experience fog with visibility less than 1 kilometer, so caution is advised for traffic safety.

In the offshore seas (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
